The challenge set by the Bottega di Stigliano is to turn short food supply chain cuisine into a real offer of local food supply and territorial development. Our Chefs, Stefano Pierini and Nicola Vizzarri, offer you a range of healthy and tasty dishes made from the products of our local farmers, recipes linked to the natural cycle of the seasons and agricultural production of our land. Seasonal dishes based on natural ingredients, guaranteed free from preservatives and colourings as created using only the best produce from our local farms.
You can enjoy our dishes inside or on the terrace under the lime trees, before or after enjoying a nice long walk.
